We are continually working to improve our breeding lines and so we will often have retired Kings and Queens available.
We do not offer a health guarantee with our retired cats however they do have dna tests and have hip tests done.

Isla is a lovely lady who loves attention, she loves to be near her people and can be a little demanding. She is patient and kind, does well with kids and dogs but she does like to be the boss hence she does not always get along with other cats. She will be spayed on October 3rd and will be ready to go to her new home on October 18th..

At this moment we are not offering breeding rights.
Breeding Rights
Not every litter will produce kittens that meet the high standards we look for in the next generation of breeding Kings and Queens. I place all kittens that look to be breed standard UNDER OBSERVATION so that I can watch how they develop. If at ten weeks of age the kitten has not developed to the standard I look for in a future King or Queen they will be made available as a pet to those on the VIP list first and then to those on the waitlist.
I always claim first priority for a breeding kitten produced in our cattery second priority is given to registered catteries.
By setting aside kittens that are healthy, of sound temperament and meet the breed standard for breeding we are helping to ensure that future generations are not only healthy and of good temperament but that they also meet the breed standards. When deciding which kittens meet those standards I look at the Maine Coon
guidelines as found on the TICA and CFA website.
